Improving GameplayThe forum is very nicely organized when it comes to sub-forums, categories and forums, but when it comes to organizing player data, there seems to be a rather harsh drop in the system.
So first of all, I suggest minimizing the amount of stickies, and make them as readable as possible.
Let's take into account the Bank. There is a sticky for cash, another one for equipment. I believe that instead of making it like that, I'd rather make it more in a 1 sticky for both, and in the following format:

And keep it cleaner by just building a new account with each character.
Next, you must establish a particularly powerful economy. Players can't go about inventing different types of stalls and bazaars and end up messing the economy, reaching 1,000,000 cash in a couple of seconds, because they invented Microsoft (ain't that right?)
So, for shops, jobs etc. you should establish certain types:
- Smiths
- Barracks
- Factories *
- Clothing Stalls
- Buy-it-all Bazaar **
* - Create-able only by Engineers
** - NPC managed. They set specific prices to buy certain equipment immediately, without having to wait for the stall owners to come online and accept/decline the offer.
Next, we'd require to make a full list of possible weapons. I don't believe having someone carrying about a Nuclear rocket launcher will make the game fair, so I'd categorize weapons, and I do this by inventing a set of weapons, define their power, maybe special attacks, and then limiting them to certain ranks. They also cost money to acquire. And will cost less if acquired from player stalls (which do take time btw).

- Saber
- Poisoned Dagger
- Falchion

Fire Weapons:
- 9mm Gun.
- Desert Eagle.
- M60 Machine Gun
- UKM-2000

- Support Machine Gun (Light Caliber)
- Support Machine Gun (Heavy Caliber)
- Heavy Machine Gun (Heavy Caliber)
- KPV
- MG 131
Ranged, Assassin's Weapons:
- Bow & Arrow
- Suppressed 9mm, silent.
- Black Whip
- Blue Scaled Whip
Melee:
- Fists
- Brass Knuckles
- Blackjack
- Pinned Rings
- Gauntlets
Special Attack Weapons:
- Zombie Shrinker
- Soul Gun
- RPG
- Heavy Blaster
- Laser Pointer (Accuracy ++)
It took me some time to invent those, maybe some of 'em can be included.
I would put such a list in the Character Creation, along with the human template. Humans only can use weapons right? WRONG! Zombies should be able to gather a couple of clubs, and hit humans on their head! Right? RIGHT!
For Stall Management, I could make it so that there are employees and owners. A Moderator is set in charge of a set of stalls/factories.
It takes time to build and finish something, and time is tweaked depending on how many people work in the factory. We could set each weapon to require a certain amount of materials, and a certain amount of labor. Depending on the shop size, labor is used at a certain speed.
Shop sizes may be explained later on. But a Small Stall, may provide, say 5 hours of labor per day, while a deluxe stall may provide up to 24 hours per day (this is of course if there enough jobbers.) Jobbers get paid depending on how much work they do. Work is done by the passing of time. The owner is in charge of organizing work. S/he may participate in work too.
