Its editable by the users, but amounts which seem suspicious will be kept an eye on. Moderators/Administrators are allowed to have whatever amount they want.

Jake walked into the market. He arrived at the blacksmith. "One broadsword please" He asked the blacksmith. "Yes sir, customer" The blacksmith replied. "That will be 1400 Cash". Jake handed over 1400 Cash and left the store.

Yang walks into shop looking around, she sees the rack holding the guns and grabs one to take a look but she didnt notice her hand was on the triger and started firing at the floor and her feet "eep ahhh stop gahh" the gun than stopped firing " huff...phew" she than went to the counter with the gun "hehe, i'll take this one the pistol" she said while taking out 500 cash.
